Hot Crawfish

2. No need to cut the garlic, cut the green onion into inch sections

 



 

3. Heat the oil in a hot pan and fry the garlic and ginger slices until fragrant (the oil is more than usual for cooking), add the crayfish, add Haidilao spicy ingredients and stir fry evenly

 

4. Pour in a can of beer and cover it for firing. When you see that the juice has received two-thirds, add green onions until the soup is almost collected.

I personally like to put a lot of garlic and scallions

In the end, garlic will taste better than crayfish
