How do you cook Shanghai-style white chopped chicken?

 Material:

500 grams of three yellow chicken, slaughtered, 10 ml light soy sauce, 10 g sugar, 20 g ginger, 5 ml sesame oil, 20 g green onion, 5 ml rice wine


Method:

1. Wash the three yellow chickens. Remove any remaining chicken feathers.

2. Prepare a soup pot filled with water, turn on high heat and bring to a boil, add a green onion, rice wine and ginger slices, and put the chicken in. Cover and continue to cook on high heat for about 20 minutes. Cook until the chopsticks are inserted into the chicken and turn off the heat.

3. Let the whole chicken soak in a stockpot and cool along with the chicken broth. Be sure to wait until it has cooled thoroughly, then take out the chicken, chop it into 3cm pieces and put it in a pot.
