Jujube blood porridge

 Ingredients for blood-enriching porridge with roses and red dates: black rice, white rice, brown sugar, ten red dates, and a dozen medicinal roses.


The method of blood porridge with red dates and roses:


1. Wash the black rice and white rice according to the ratio of 1:1, add water and soak overnight.


2. Pour the rice into the electric rice cooker, add boiling water to boil, be sure to add enough water at a time.


3. While waiting for the porridge to boil, wash and remove the core of the red dates, cut into cubes, remove the stems of the medicinal rosebuds, separate the petals, and set aside;


4. After the porridge is boiled, add the red dates and cook together until the rice grains swell. When it is thick, add the brown sugar and melt it. Before cooking, add the medicinal rose petals and stir evenly.
